Create Reward users with spin wheel , Cordova project

The project must be made using cordova/phonegap and must be responsive to all devices. How the app works: the basic of the app is users will win real cash. There is a fortune wheel. > The user creates an account through Facebook. We will create a data $username > Then he will take to the main screen, where he will spin the wheel for first time and win nothing. > Then he will spin the wheel but this time, he needs to see a video reward ad fetched from [login to view URL] after seeing the ad he can spin the wheel. > He can't win but he can spin the wheel without seeing the ad. So the ratio of watching a reward ad is 1 in a 10 times try. meaning he will see an ad at 1st term. Then will see another ad after 10th term. > If he win 1$ the data will go to $win database and will increment. There is a page when user clicks on "my cash" it will take them to the profile page, where they can input cashapp and paypal and data will go to the database $cashapp and $paypal. The database consists of 4 column: 1) $username 2) $cashapp 3) $paypal 4) $win The $win will increment with the data from the app. Let's see where we go.
