We need a mobile app as an addition to Zendesk web service. Our goal to make our customer service operators work more efficient. So we decided to build a mobile app.
Main functionality: Login page, List of tickets, Categories (High Prior, Medium Prior, Low Prior), Live chat (operator should have the ability to start the conversation with the customer.
It could be a separate page with a text box and conversation thread).
Your goal is to build the mobile app from scratch. Preferable to use a hybrid framework (ionic) to launch iOS and Android apps. We need UX/UI specialist for this work as well.
Please tell us how you are planning to develop this in the best way. It should be better if you divide your work to separate milestones. Please explain Why are you planning to do it like that?
