Fix css for site to display correctly on Macs and in Safari

Another Freelancer built a responsive webpage for me last week. I checked the page on my PC and everything seemed fine so I paid the Freelancer. I then found out that in the Safari browser on the PC and in every browser on the Mac that the page doesn't display correctly. I have been unable to make contact with the developer again and I urgently need someone to fix the css so that it displays correctly in the Safari browser on PC, and also in all browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Safari) on the Mac operating system. This should hopefully be a very fast job for someone who knows what they are doing with css and bootstrapping.
