Flutter Permission Error

I created a book reader app. It is have a pdfreader and download reader mp3 file when app first open. All off things works when I try use my phone like a emulator on Visual Studio Code but when I create a release apk and install to my phone. app not work.
1- Pdf not open (I shared screenshot)
2- Did not download mp3 file
This things works on use phone like a emulator but did not work when try install apk. I think it is about permission.
