I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.

We want to build android app for companies who wants to hire temporal employees.
People who needs job, will sign in with email or with google. They choose the industry, example metal industry and they choose job type, example welder. They tell shortly what they can do and they choose time when they are available
Now employer can search available welders from certain geographical area for specific period of time.
So this is for employers to quickly find workers for short jobs !
2 different user types, employees, employers.
login with google or email, phone number verification
Gps to locate closest workers, ability to change range.
List site after employer chose what kind of worker he is looking for
simple profile page for every worker
possibility to chat directly to worker and offer a job or ask more about skills
possibility to call directly to worker from his profile page (normal call)
We will translate this app later to different language, so that should be possible also.
Also adding industries and work types (ex. Welder, Plummer etc) should be possible for us administrators. So some kind of backend manager for us.
