IOS and Android App microphone, autofill and 2 - 3 page additions

Hello Out There, AS for menu with added pages that would be for both IOS and the android app in video AS for embedded form on one of those pages that would be sign up form that is directly linked to database on the site once the form is filled out and submitted all this information will be recorded and accessible to admin through existing membership joomla ose module setup already… just need them to communicate. Part of this job not mentioned would be auto responder to email of new signups and to admin membership email address setup for new membership notifications. Please see video .
