Hello, My name is Andrew Kaiama and I’m the C.E.O of a startup Entertainment and Digital Services company called VisualReel Entertainment.
As mentioned above, due to the company being a startup, we do not have the necessary funds to pay to develop the apps or platforms we envision. However we do have the star power as we are an entertainment entity as we have famous youtubers, musicians and models including influencers with more than 1 million subscribers.
We are looking for someone dedicated to potentially becoming a part of our corporate executive directors. Thus we are looking for someone who sees our vision and is willing to put in the time for this current passion project. Until the time where it takes off and the funds start to build.
If the apps/platforms created do not generate income, you will not receive payment until it generates income. This is a risk hedge for the company as well as we don't have to invest in something that won’t work which is the Japan business model.
Since you will be starting under a passion project, then transitioning to a pay per success model, we will be working to do direct sales to our Japanese partner companies that are looking to create apps so you’ll also be generating income on side projects.
We just are looking for someone who understands that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and it will never be recreated again as the new era heads in VR and AR. We will be the first company to bring that opportunity to the entertainment industry, making us a pioneer. So once the apps you create start there will be growth potential towards other areas. Not to mention we have a team of professional marketers to help make this happen!
