Need an Small Android App developed in 3 days. All Design work is complete.

Hi there, I am looking to develop an Android specific app and inclusion on Google Play. This is Android specific (not iOS). I need this done this week sometime preferably in the next 3-5 days.. Please do not bid if you cannot do this efficiently and quickly. It's not a very complex app, my storyboard for it is 4 different screens. ALL DESIGN WORK IS COMPLETE, and will be handed over to you at the beginning of the project so you can get started right away. Basically, the only functions are choosing an image (4 choices) and turning it on to FLOAT on the screen and then it launches a specific game. and the image will stay on the screen until the user disables it by flipping back to the game and clicking disable. There are 4 social share icons: Facebook, Twitter, Email and the green SHARE button. There is also a HEART icon where when pressed it will allow the user to RATE the App on the Play Store. There is a float out mobile menu at the top for HOME and Visit Website. I will also expect you to get this approved on Play Store and help me submit it. Again, I have all the designs ready to go and storyboard and I need someone to put this together for me and quickly. Please contact me if you can do this job!
