Online Attendance Management (Android APP Bases) MOBILE APPLICATION REQUIREMENT: • Attendance management software captures attendance data, not daily or weekly but in real time, from varied sources. • Employees can mark attendance on the Mobile APP bases software • Each employee will be GEO FENCED to Specific Location or Multiple Locations based on employee type. The geo fencing should be less than 10 meter variance. Employee need to have at the designated location for marking the attendance (employees can record attendance within the predefined coordinates set(latitude/longitude) ) • With Geo mark feature, APP should also capture: a. Login time/Logout time b. Login and Logout time will also be specified as per employee type. a. Eg. Emp Type 1 – (login at 9 ) b. Emp type 2 (Shift login Times) c. Inactivity Alert – if the emp. Is not within the specific range (100 meter) after login then he should be informed via push notification else automatically logged out after specific time of 30-45 Mins d. In case he needs to move outside the designated location there is feature to move from sites which will be enabled for specific set of emp. e. There are 3 types atteandance management via emp type permutation combination a. Timing bases i. Fixed Time (9-6) or Working in Shift ii. Free EMp ( Can be available any time ) Sr. Management b. Location basis i. Single Fixed Location ii. Multiple Location iii. Free c. Movement Allowed i. Movement after login is not allowed ii. Movement after login is allowed f. Employee will be entered in system with hierarchy based and in case of violation of above mentioned rules he should get notified in APP and on excel mail SYSTEM SECURITY: • Specific User based login. o Every employee should have their unique User login Id & password. • For Security purpose, IMEI No. of mobile user should automatically store in the system during the first login time and it cannot be changed mobile to mobile. o Incase of change required it should be reseted from backend and then emp can get the new handset registered. REPORT REQUIREMENT: • An auto-generated report consists of login/logout time of each employee should be sent to the manager on daily basis. • A consolidated auto-generated report of every month should be sent to the manager and HR with marked present/absent/delay in reporting. • Supervisor can track/fetch the employees detail anytime to calculate the working hours of any employee. PAYSLIP Download : A system generated payslipwill be uploaded by backend for each emp and emp can download the same from APP. Cloud Backup The APP should have 3 month backup on cloud for old report generation. Afterwards the same should be manually/automatically downloaded to system. The system should be having APP software and can provide reports/data in readable form for report for older period. APP User Base App should be able to support initially 500 User and can be able to handle upto 5000 users. APP Support 1 yr APP support required Purchase Basis App will be purchased from the Coder/Company and is fully owned by Pratap Technocrats Pvt. Limited. The Code will be made available to Pratap Technocrats Pvt. Limited and will be property of Pratap Technocrats Pvt. Limited. The coder/company will not use/sell this APP in form to any other user.
