Publishing an existing Android game app on google playstore

I intend to promote an existing game app (already created, very simple app for pc and android) in google playstore and I am looking forward to get assistance with:

1. Publishing the app on google play yourself (i can grant you access to the google play account if necessary), or simply providing general assistance (answer questions).

2. Generating a short promotional video (with sound) in youtube that can be used to promote the app.

3. Generating attractive screenshots of the game that result enticing and can be used to promote the app. (of the logo, the gameplay, visuals, etc).

I will give you access to the game file in pc version so you can take the pictures and make the promotional clip and images.
