React native, Tablet app, always visible menu buttons and playlist videos

I need an app for landscape use only, android 7 inches tablet, with a fixed size, full screen, and not scrollable screen, with a local files playlist video that will appear sticked on the top left square are, that in this descprition will be as "content area. On the right side (and possibly on the botton too) of the "content area" i need an always visible menu, with some animated square buttons, that when clicked overlaps only the "content area" that is playing a video, with some other static content, keeping the menu square buttons always visible. I dont want any swipeable menu or fixed header. I need that when you stay x seconds in any option selected on the fixed menu, a popup appears with a countdown asking if you are still reading that content, if the user dont press anything the app returns for the fist screen with the playlist video, playing the video from were it was. Please answer this project only if you have: At least one react native app to show, made by you with a video playlist, or if you have at least one react native app to show, made by you that have fixed buttons menu (a bottom navigation doesnt count). And answer without any default text or profile. Thanks.
