User needs to be registered on the first page and on second page there will be 2-3 drop down fields with 3-4 some text fields, access to camera, location, media files user will take pic(geo tagging) and fill in some details and send it to a server and user is given a ID for the same. On Submit, data/files need to saved in server via JAX-RS: Java API for RESTful Web Services. Also, Admin can use admin panel page (in server) to access all the request coming in from the app and manage the request and able to send notification to the app users accordingly and close the call appropriately.
