I need a Simple Android Kotlin App Template, the app is about Retrieving data from prepolulated SQLite database inside the asset folder and displaying into Custom View or Listview and when I click the Item it will open on New Activity and will display the content. Also, it has search option and same functionality when I click an item.

The app should work offline. No design needed.
