1. This is not illegal app. It should be regularly installed and get camera permissions. There should be a notification icon that the app is working
2. It will take photos on every X (configurable) seconds, resize it to 1024x768 resolution and post it to some url, along with date and time of photo and with email that is entered during registration
3. If there is not network connection, it will cache the data until get the network and then upload
4. Shooting becomes active 5 minutes after it is in use, but not for phone calls
5. It should not affect the performance of the phone
6. This mobile app that will work on iphone and android.
7. No need for some special designs.
Source code should be delivered, and max budget is 20 euro.
