Special/Visual FX - Game Characters - Unity3D

We’re looking for a studio or a group of professionals that can create, and develop visual effects for a mobile game we’re developing.
The game contains a library of cute creatures and dragons that battle against one another. Each creature has a set of attacks and abilities animated on them. We need FXs that can correlate to these attacks.
With regards to the battling, its a typical 3v3 monster battler. Each creature is related to a class of either Fire, Ice, Earth, Electric, Water, Physical and Arcane.
The game is built within Unity3D for mobile, so ideally would like to use the particle system within Unity, unless you have any other interesting suggestions.
There are over 140 creatures, but a lot will share abilities/attacks, so FX need to be somewhat universal so it can be applied to a number of creatures.
