Looking for a FULL-TIME responsible, efficient, and talented Telemarketing / Phone Handling / Phone Support Individual that can start work as soon as possible. You can work remotely from home, however, there must be no background noise when you are making calls. Preference is for someone overseas (and not in the USA) due to keeping hourly costs reasonable. If you are looking for stable full-time work, that is what we can provide for the right person. Several of our Team Members have been with us for years! And we currently need several more as we are continuing to grow. ***Please make sure you READ this entire ad and make sure you QUALIFY before responding. Those that do not follow direction here, will not even be considered, as it shows us you don’t pay attention to detail.*** TYPE OF WORK: You will be making outgoing phone calls to companies trying to find individual contact information for certain people with certain titles within the company. We will be providing you a spreadsheet list of companies to call. This will require you to become somewhat of an actor or actress to play a part in order to get the correct individual’s cell phone number and/or direct extension number. We will give you several methods and tricks we’ve used to successfully get this information. You will not be required to sell anything. Your whole goal is to only get contact phone numbers of the right individuals. BASIC SKILLS AND ITEMS NEEDED: - Be able to read, write, and speak English. - Being fluent in English and speaking clear English is a MUST. - Computer that is reliable - High speed internet service that is stable in your area - Basic Microsoft programs (MS Word, Excel, etc.) - Skype - Quality headset to talk via Skype and Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone - Cell phone or other telephone to reach you if needed - Ability to think quickly on your feet verbally - Have a positive attitude - Be motivated - Be trainable, coachable, and can follow directions - Be accurate and consistent and detail-oriented - Have daily communication via Skype during work day - Required: someone who is available during normal USA business hours (Monday to Friday) 7:00AM to 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) - This will be 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) with 1 hour lunch break and mini-breaks throughout the day - Be able to start as soon as possible, due to work deadlines we have OTHER SKILLS THAT ARE A PLUS: If you have any of these other Skills, it would be a huge plus. Not to worry if you don't, just would be a plus. - Call Center or other phone work a huge plus. - Know how to use Linkedin. - Know how to use any type of telemarketing or phone tracking software. INFORMATION WE NEED FROM YOU: - We require a voice sample in either .mp3 or .wav file. Please record your voice by reading this ad. Use this job posting ad as your voice sample script.
