Hello,

Need "ON-DEMAND SERVICE" Android app (UBER style), but for a different Niche/Market (NOT TAXI).

App needs to collect in app booking fee (user needs to be able to pay via Credit card and PayPal) and you will need to publish the app to Google Play Store. You will also need to make ADMIN according to my needs.

My max. budget is $1000, do not apply with an offer that is above that amount.

NO UPFRONT PAYMENT !!!

You will need to provide a small demo first, if demo is OK we can talk about milestones.
