I have a fully responsive website. Requirement is to create a simple launcher app which will create an shortcut in iPhone & Android to launch default browser and open up the website.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Should be registered in Play Store & Apple store as proper apps with my logo.

2. Should create an icon (custom icon) on user desktop. this shortcut will launch default browser and open up the site url.

3. It's just a launcher app, so optimized app size is required.

4. Need to handover and explain the customization and process to add to Apple & google stores so that I can change basic descriptions, logo, add/remove videos, edit site URL myself. A developer myself, so should be easy to explain.
