I want to develop a app for Android as below,

1. Just to display a Specific URL whenever APP is opened. Have a branding on the App, Design will be provided.

2. Source needed with documentation, So we will be able to change the Brand say the name, Logo, colors and Default URL to be loaded. And then we need to compile it to a new application.
