Write a Cross-Platform conference attending app

I want to build an app that people would use when they attend conference (for instance, WWDC, SOCAP or facebook F8 all have these type of apps).
Main points:
-Database of presentation, that are organized chronologically in the main schedule
-Userbase for exhibitor and participants
-Login/ creation of profile
-Linkedin api integration (link your linkedin into your profile)
-Social feed aspect like twitter
-Push notification support
-Messaging app (like facebook messenger between the users)
-contact list
-App compatible for iOS and Android (You could use Xamarin, PhoneGap or AppCelerator) You could also build this app for the two platform separately but it needs to be similar in UI and how its works.
