"Simple" is unfortunately a very subjective word when it comes to app development. I'm going to suggest we take a few hours of time and get a basic list of requirements. If at that point we can't agree on how "simple" the project is, we can part ways, and at the very least, you'll come away with a better understanding of how much your idea of simple will cost, and at the very most, you'll have a clear set of requirements and the knowledge of what types of skills will be required for those requirements.
