Write an iPhone/Ipad application in Swift 2.2 (Check Skills Before Applying)

We have a series of apps to be developed in IOS (and later in Android). This will be the first, we need a coder, graphics will be supplied or adjusted later. Technologies in this app will be: Swift 2.2.1 and familiar with interfaces, protocol programming Authentication - Oauth2 (Keychain)( and (Shared Preferences) with native and or FB, Twitter, google+, LinkedIn [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Internationalization / Multi-Language - English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, later German, Mandarin [login to view URL] Contacts Framework [login to view URL] Auto Layout MapKit [login to view URL] Core Location [login to view URL] Swift Value Types [login to view URL] [login to view URL] App analytics iTunes Connect Iad or AdMod AVFoundation [login to view URL] CloudKit [login to view URL] Azure Mobile Services [login to view URL] Parse [login to view URL] The app is relatively simple, it will use all features of the phone as track GPS, record audio clips, record video front/back camera, send notifications/text/email/location to contacts. Also it will save these notifications in the cloud for history purposes. We will provide all setup/config necessary according with developer instructions, will provide the page mockups, and functionality required. We are open to discussion about authentication method, encryption, ads publisher, etc... Roughly app will have events like alarm that will run in x minutes, or on specified date/time and on expire it will capture pre-defined text/email, capture audio/video/photo and send to a list of contacts and also publish to the cloud. We will have a load page and quick sliding tutorial (5 pages, with animation explain how to use) that will only run the first time, then only on demand (user press Help) Then from there we will have a list of events, just like the alarms on Iphone. Also User will be able to be put in groups, and notification will be group too, like email/text, audio/video, email/photo, etc.. So pages are very simple, great part of the code is in publishing/sending notification including what what was asked based on notification group to people groups. We will also have a extra page to track past events, that will read from the cloud (if saved) and display things like path during an event on the map. Next app, will be an accounting that I would be posting in few days, later a business plan, video sharing social app, security camera app, among others. So we are looking for someone that will do lots of work, so if you are smart you will bid accordingly. Also make sure to provide an idea of number of hours to build something based on this definition, and amount or hours with rate so that we can decide on best fit. Also, we will discuss and define thresholds after we chat about the project, but we will only pay for what is delivered and tested and working. So in summary, only apply if you can deliver, I expect any app to take no longer than 30-60 days, will also need a list of everything you need to start, like github/flightest, iTunes connect, etc... We will not provide any admin password, when required, we can provide direct access via TeamViewer.
