We are looking for experienced, senior-level motion designers and animators to join a quality review panel for an AI video generation project. This is a paid, fully remote, flexible engagement with no creative production required from your end. Your job is to watch and professionally evaluate AI-generated videos using a structured rating rubric. About the Project We are an AI research and data services company working on a video generation evaluation initiative. We generate short-form AI videos and need professional motion design eyes to evaluate output quality as part of our model training and improvement pipeline. Your ratings directly influence how the AI model is refined. Your professional judgment matters. We need reviewers who can articulate why something looks good or off, not just assign a number. What You Will Do You will watch assigned videos and rate each one across the following dimensions, scored 1 to 5: Color: accuracy, harmony, vibrancy, and intentionality of the color palette Density: how much is happening on screen and whether it feels overloaded, sparse, or appropriately balanced Fluidity: smoothness of motion, easing, and timing. Does it feel natural or mechanical? Composition: spatial layout, visual hierarchy, use of the frame Overall Visual Quality: your holistic professional assessment Each video takes approximately 5 minutes to review. You choose your own pace within agreed weekly targets. Who We Are Looking For We will only move forward with applicants who meet all of the following: Required: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in motion design, motion graphics, or animation Strong portfolio demonstrating work across at least two of: brand animation, broadcast motion, UI/UX animation, explainer video, or commercial and advertising motion Ability to articulate why a motion design choice works or does not, beyond aesthetic preference Fluent written English for filling out rating notes Reliable internet connection and ability to stream video files Strongly Preferred: Experience working at or leading a motion design studio or agency Familiarity with tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar. You will not use them here, but it signals depth of craft understanding Prior experience in QA, review, or evaluation work is a bonus but not required This role is NOT right for you if: You are a generalist graphic designer with limited motion-specific experience You have fewer than 3 to 4 years in motion design specifically You cannot commit to a consistent weekly review volume
