I’m looking for someone that can help me sort my reports so that the most current date pulls to the time along with the duplicate report or records. I’m running a find duplicates query in ms access but I want my report to current dates that have duplicates records and pull them to the top. I would also like to be able to check what date filters to the time

Hi, please clarify - do you mean you want your query to sort the data in descending order (most recent first) based on DateOfReferral? Or do you meant that for each duplicate record you want to keep the more recent one More
