To disable IMPORT, EXPORT for database user

I have live server and a replica test server.
I normally give access to these server databases to specific database users.
I want to restrict IMPORT, EXPORT for these users. off course they can still do select * from each table. But I want to restrict IMPORT, EXPORT for these users.
You will remote desktop to my computer. And hopefully this is quick one so no issues.
You must know exactly how to do this and have done this before.
