3CX Plugin Development Develop an Application Plugin that will achieve the following tasks: - When an incoming call comes through to 3CX Client Application, retrieve the Called number from a MySQL Database (X2 CRM). Display the Account Name and Contact Number and Link to CRM Entry in 3CX Client application. - When a call is answered by that extension record the caller Details including Caller\Date\Time and Length of Call in the X2 CRM Database (Full Access to Database is available - At the end of the Call, Pop up a window that will allow entry of additional comments that will be added to the above Called Date\Time\Length of Call. Application Integration: - 3CX PABX v15 [login to view URL] - X2CRM Open Source CRM (MySql Database Backend) [login to view URL] X2 CRM Provides a REST Interface, this can be used to create the interface.
