Update CRM System

I need an experienced developer to help me update our crm system (Sugar). It needs to be updated to the latest version and also we're currently getting an error message that reads as follows:

Query Failed:SELECT count( DISTINCT [url removed, login to view] ) user_count FROM tracker, users WHERE [url removed, login to view] = tracker.user_id AND tracker.date_modified >= DATE_FORMAT('2016-04-22 17:10:16', '%Y-%m-%d %H:%i:%s')::MySQL error 145: Table './sugarcrm/tracker' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

So, I'd like to get the following completed:

1. error message fixed

2. version updated to the latest version

3. I need the email functionality enhanced so we can send out promotional / marketing activity to the resources in our db.

Please let me know your offer, experience level and if you can have these 3 functions complete by Friday of this week.
