jQuery Collapsible Panel – with cookie

We have web ready art that needs to be turned into a collapsible panel. I have a semi working version you can view here: [login to view URL] The current version does not display correctly in IE 6. No tables used please only Divs... Must Render in all major browsers to include IE 6, 7, 8 ... FF, Safari and Chrome. Width must be exactly 380px. The project should only use the following technology. ASP.net C#, jQuery 1.3.2, C#... Probably can be completely done in jQuery. Functionality: The panel should appear closed when the page loads... if a user opens or closes the panel a cookie should be set that remembers the state (opened or closed on users next visit) This project MUST be completed within 2 days. The transition should be smooth and quick... We need this completed quickly. If you cannot finish this within 24hrs of being chosen as the winning bid please don't bid on this one. I will send the images to the winning bidder. The artwork consists of the open and closed images... and also the rounded bottom left and right corner...
