import csv to microsoft access with vb.net 2008

I have an empty access database table with 5 fields.
I also have a .csv file full of info with an unknown number of fields.
I need vb.net code to insert data from csv file into microsoft access table (5 fields).
The import fields from access must have same header then csv fields.
One of the fields as date and time all together, I need a second code to separate that field in one field "date" and one field "time".
Must be done with vb.net 2008 and database Microsoft access 2003
