This is for a new website from scratch that uses asp.net and SQL. Bidders are responsible for complete website development and uploading it to hosting server. HOME PAGE and MAIN WEBSITE CONTENT At the very top of the page there should be round flags of 15 countries so they can choose their language. (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Greek, Hindu, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Swedish, Spanish, Russian, Urdu) There should also be auto-detection of users from each country so they can be taken to their language automatically with a message to go to English or any other language shown just in case the user can’t understand the language. Content for these languages will be provided later when you finish English version. The links shown and design shown of the website should remain the same. Except in between the Tournament and Competitions link there should be a Jackpot link. Between MP Games and Blogs there should be a HQ Games link. Also between Stickerboard and My account link there should a Showroom link. All of these will be explained later in this document. Please adjust website design to fit all of this and make it look nice. This website has to have a changeable background which can be changed through the CMS. Only the top bit of the website will change when changing background. The animated banners of the website need to be remade in html5 or if not they should be remade in flash and look much nicer. Starting from left side of the website on the top there should be a square panel which can be uploaded of the CMS. Then below it there should be a list of 5 random Winners of games including the money they have won. And under it there should be a list of 5 random games being played either for points or for money (competitions and tournaments). Now middle of website should have the animated banner at top. But it should enable me to upload videos of games gameplay so people can see how games look. Under it there should be game categories and under random New games. And at very bottom there should be a banner that can be uploaded from CMS. On the right hand side of the website the very top should say Sign In or Register and under it two boxes. One box should show Points and the other should show Cash won. In the Cash box it should have a Cash Out button and once they click on it I should receive an email so I will send them their money through paypal manually. Under those boxes there should be a banner that can be uploaded from the CMS. Now moving on to main functions of website. This website should allow users to fast log in with facebook connect or renren connect. And also allow them to quickly get twitter tweets. Also the website should be secured when people log in with SSL. This website should be partly a social gaming networking site. This means it should have basic functions of chat similar to google web chat. Also it should allow users to add each other as friends and also to send messages. Users should have privacy options such as going offline and choosing if they accept instant messages or invitations to play games with others. It should work like facebook a bit. This means it should have the option of searching for friends already on [login to view URL] and adding them as friends, also inviting friends to join [login to view URL] by automatically accessing their email addresses through their email provider or IM contacts, also inviting people through facebook or renren if they choose facebook connect or renren connect. Links of this website should be SEO optimised so search engines can read the contents easily and also the name of the links to index them. Winnings and games played should be shown as wall postings on facebook and renren if they choose the facebook connect or renren connect. Invite to play messages should also apply to facebook and renren, meaning user on facebook or renren can receive these messages and go to [login to view URL] and play. There should be also functions to block users or specific IPs or countries from the whole website and also from specific parts of website. Also inactive users for more than 20 minutes should be disconnected. Now about the point system of the website. The website will not only run games to win money but also games for fun just to win points. These points will later on be used to get virtual goods. Each user should always have a minimum of 50 points. They will never have less than that, even if they lose the points. They can win the points by playing against each other for points as bets. Points will always be shown on one of the right hand side box as explained before. Overall design needs to be eye catching and beautiful. The games should have categories on top of the page to sort them. Under the game being played there should be a high scorer list in nice graphics. MP Games Once they go to this page they should be shown all multiplayer games. Once they click on one they should be asked to play as guest or register or sign in OR if they are logged in already they should skip this page. Then they should enter a lobby where they can see only players who wish to play game against others. There should also be a button on the right hand side of website to enable matching so that users are shown in the lobby list. The button should be ON/OFF under the point and cash boxes. Then when people click on someone to invite to play, they should choose the title of game to play then the other user will receive message to start match and they will choose if they want to accept and game should start immediately. Also before sending invitation they should choose if they want to play for points and how many points. Winner wins double the points and loser loses all points. Blogs/News Users should be able to post topics and enter comments like normal blogs. But they need to be simple and have nice graphics. Only registered users can post comments and topics but everyone can see. At the top of the page there should be news section where I will upload news from CMS section including gameplay videos and images. Tournaments They should be very similar to MP Games apart from fact that people play for money here. They will enter the page and they will choose players to play with just like MP Games. But here no one will play for fun. It is only for money. They will have to choose how many credits to bet. And each credit will represent an amount of money to be won shown in a table in the page. Games should start same way as MP Games and the winner will win the double the money and loser will lose all. Then the money will go into the Cash box and people will choose whether to cash out or not or if they want to buy more credits using those cash. Jackpot They should be single player games and they should be a challenge. Users will have to pay credits to play the jackpot games. And they will have to beat the score in one go. But the score they have to beat will be according to a mathematical formula I will provide. Basically I only want 25% of people to win the game. So the formula will be in this page’s script and will be in such a way to make this work. For example if one player keeps winning then I will increase amount of points for him to make it harder for him. For beginners it should be easier to win. The points needed to win will continuously change. But all of this needs to be automatic according to formula. Competitions Competitions will be single player games which will be focused on who brings highest scores in a given time. So for example I might choose from the CMS to run the game for a month and the top 5 scorers will win something I choose. And they might have to pay credits to play or not. Once they enter page they should click on a competition to start playing the game by paying a credit or for free. Then they can play as many times as they want trying to beat highest scores. Winners In this page people should be able to see all winner as a list from tournaments, jackpot, competitions, mp games for points including amount of money won and points won. Stickerboard Everytime a player buys a credit he should be given a sticker and the sticker should be randomly generated when people click the generate button. After that the page should refresh and the sticker should take position automatically on the stickerboard. Everytime they complete a column they will win prizes from me which I will input through the CMS. Showroom In this page the users will use their points to buy virtual goods. The page should only show an empty piece of land like a portrait. And below it there should be a list of virtual goods which they can buy with their points and place them on the portrait making it look nice. This will be for people to get addicted into dressing up their portrait with virtual goods. I will input virtual goods through the CMS and put prices on them. Message Center Next to the message button there should be a number of unread new messages shown next to it. Everytime a user receives a message it should go to his inbox and the send messages to the outbox. Also they should be able to send messages from there. Also everytime they win a game and win money or someone beats their score in competitions they should get a message there. And also invitations for friends and messages from me through the CMS for updates and news. Sign In or Register Once you click on it you should be taken to a secure page to sign in or register as new user for free using many of the options we offer to register. People should be able to register using normal account creation also through facebook connect and renren connect. After they choose their method they should be taken to a page to invite people to join and search for friends already on [login to view URL] . But people who join using facebook connect or renren connect should not be able to access Tournaments, Jackpot and Competitions unless they fill a small form once they enter there asking for details such as address and all other typical information that is not provided with the connect services. My Account: My Trophies In this page the games that were won should be shown only from Tournaments, Jackpot, Competitions and MP Games. Buy more credits Users can buy credits through paypal here and I will decide how many credits they can buy for each price through the CMS. Also they can buy credits using the money won and shown in the Cash box. My profile Each user will have public profile where they can show and say a few things about them and show how many points they have and also the showroom and country they are from. It should be shown as a popup frame in the form of a card. It should also say add as friend at the bottom or live chat or invite to play. Users can see other users’ profiles if they click on their nickname in the lobby or any list shown on the website or through search function for friends. Find and Invite friends Here users can search for friends on [login to view URL] already registered through nickname or name or email address and add them as friends or view profile. Also they should be able to invite friends through facebook or their IM contact or their email provider contacts and ask them to join automatically [login to view URL] and add as friend the original user who first invited and start searching and inviting other users and friends. This should be like chain reaction.
