Oracle Database & ASP.NET Sample Code

I need some SAMPLE CODE created with an Oracle database & .Net Interface. to demonstrate how to copy data to 2 separate tables (one to many ) with a single stored procedure.

Create a single stored procedure that can except from .Net in a SINGLE Transaction the application and the applicants' details. For each application there is multiple applicants . Stored procedure must make use of either Oracle “ref cursor” or “collections” to store multiple applicants against a single application in one .net call
