With multi-tenant apps, one missing forwarded header or wrong runtime profile can make every request look like the wrong tenant even though the jar itself is healthy. I'd treat this as source-code-free production triage. First I'd trace one failing request from DNS and SSL through Nginx, the Linux service, Spring Boot logs, AWS routing/security groups, then database connectivity. I'd check the actual process environment, active profile, port binding, health endpoint behaviour, reverse proxy headers, certificate chain, inbound/outbound rules, and whether tenant selection depends on Host, X-Forwarded-Host, subdomain, or a deployed config value. M1: isolate failing boundary and restore the critical production path where possible, INR 10,000, 1 day.
