- The static content is hosted on a S3 bucket. Using CloudFront and Route53 the should become a https-website with a custom name - Users should register/log in using Cognito (on a custom domain) - Actions on the static webpages are REST-requests to API behind an API Gateway that is secured by that cognito. Behind the apiʼs is a Lambda connecting to o dynamo db o a secured rest interface of a 3rd party - The APIʼs in the API Gateway have their own custom domain name - AWS Amplify should o make this easy to implement o make it fairly easy to Change the web-app by a mobile app o make it easy to add e.g. analytics about the usage of the tools - Front end kunnen gemaakt worden in o basic HTML en CSS/Bootstrap o React/ReactNative als het om mobiel apps gaat - Lambdaʼs worden geschreven on NodeJS

The https part is already offered by amazon when you host by CloudFront +route53. I would go full react components + amplify, using HOC withAuthenticator from Amplify to do all the Cognito dirty stuff. Api gateway already offers authorizers for user pools of Cognito (it would take me minutes to do this), if you need more logic in authentication we would go with custom authenticator (where we would use Cognito). After the authorizer is passed, we end up at the LAMBDA that will have access to DynamoDb. Components will be created with reusability and maintainability in mind :).
