We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Consultant to support our product development team on a part-time, freelance basis. This is not a full-time development role. We already have an active development team and are seeking a highly skilled professional who can provide technical guidance, review implementations, help solve complex challenges, and contribute hands-on development work whenever required. ## Key Responsibilities * Guide and mentor the existing development team. * Review frontend, backend, and database implementations. * Recommend best practices for architecture, security, and scalability. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. * Assist with code reviews and quality improvements. * Perform or support testing activities when required. * Help with production readiness and deployment planning. * Develop critical features or modules when additional support is needed. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. ## Required Skills * ReactJS * TailwindCSS * NodeJS * ExpressJS * MongoDB * REST API Development * JWT Authentication * Git/GitHub * API & Functional Testing * Application Performance Optimization * Database Design & Optimization ## Preferred Skills * VPS Hosting (Bluehost or similar) * Linux Server Administration * Nginx/Apache Configuration * SSL & Domain Management * CI/CD Fundamentals * Startup Product Development Experience ## Experience * 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience. * Proven experience building and deploying production-grade web applications. * Ability to independently analyze problems and recommend practical solutions. * Experience working with remote teams and startup environments is highly preferred. ## Engagement Type * Freelance / Contract * Part-Time * Flexible Hours * Available on-demand for technical guidance, troubleshooting, code reviews, and development support.
