Consultor Functional SAP PM

Responsibilties:<br /><br />Support and Mintenance of SAP PM system it is key that the person worked AMS engagements in the past, involve bug fixes, FS updates, Testing the fixes and ensure successful deployment in Production.<br />Communicate and clarify user queries, How To requests.<br />Monitoring Incoming Idocs, System dumps, OCI dumps.<br />Monitoring Batch Jobs.<br />Contribute to automate processes where applicable.<br />Work closely with Technical team in analysis.<br />Participate in Root Cause analysis for Severity 1 tickets where applicable.<br />Communicate in English - Oral & Written.<br /><br />Skills:<br /><br />Associate should have knowledge on logistic master data viz, PM Materials, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work Centres, and Maintenance Plans.<br />Configuration of Breakdown Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, Performance Based Preventive Maintenance Process, time Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process, External Service Management Process, and Calibration Process.<br />Business Process Integration with PP, MM, CO & QM Module.<br />Understand SAP equipment records, equipment hierarchies, maintenance orders, functional location.<br />Ability to perform troubleshooting independently and chase issues back to the root cause.<br />Knowledge of applicable applications and work processes within assigned technology/functional area.<br />English: Upper than Intermediate and Fluent Spanish.
