Adding new functions into the Opencart admin

I need a new page/function in the admin site to be able to search for order to update shipping cost, provider and tracking number for each product. The data is to be updated into a new table in the database by item linked to an order. This update does not change the shipping charges of order but keeping the cost separately. Can you let me know the timeline and costing to do such additional page in admin? **IMPORTANT ** Can you also show me on admin site that you had customize before as part of the proposal? I will not review generic proposal sample with plenty of general links.
