I have just received a First Office Action from the USPTO on my design patent application. The examiner only raised formality objections— a few drawing- issues—so there are no novelty or obviousness rejections to argue. I need a concise, well-structured reply that squarely addresses each formal requirement and frames any drawing amendments in the language the USPTO expects. Once finished, YOU should be able to paste response into Patent Center, attach the corrected sheets, and submit without further edits. Key items I need from you • A point-by-point response to every objection cited in the Office Action, citing the MPEP where helpful. • Clean, revision-marked text for the specification or figure descriptions that require amendment. • Brief instructions (or revised sheets, if you offer that service) for bringing the drawings into full compliance with US law you should file the reply to the USPTO. I will give you the power of attorney. Please let me know your turnaround time and any information you need from me beyond the OA PDF and the current drawing set.
