I have been doing patents and trademarks for over 13 years. I specialize in preparing patents for clients that are new to patenting. My flat rate for a provisional patent application is $550, which does not include the patent office filing fee of $65. My flat rate for a non-provisional patent application is $4,000 which does not include the patent office filing fee of about $525. My flat rate for a patentability search is $575.
