Edit raw images in photoshop

I take real estate photos with a phantom and I am looking for an advanced photoshop editor to edit my Raw images.
Editing will include a maximum but not always the below.
Brightness and Contrast adjustment.
Lens Correction
Vibrance and saturations.
Sky replacement.
Grass replacement.
Object removal.
Shadow and Highlight adjustments.
The above point won’t always be required. The points are the maximum amount of edit that could be required.
I’m looking to develop a long term business relationship. As there could be 5-100 images a week sent for editing. I can’t do the editing myself due a large workload in other areas of my business. However I am looking for an advanced photoshop user to do this for me.
The delivery time will need to be fast. 18hr maximum.
Price of $5 Australian per image
Please edit to your standard the raw image in the link below and message it to me.
I will consider the standard on this image as your standard for future editing.
The best edit will more than likely get the job....
