On-Site Document Verification – Weeton Barracks Medical Centre, Lancashire, UK I need a reliable person to conduct an on-site document verification at the following location in the United Kingdom: Location: Promni Health Ltd Commerce House Carlton Boulevard LincolnLN2 4WJ Scope of Work - Visit the above location in person. -Meet with the Issuing Authority (IA) and request completion of the verification documents that I will provide after the project is awarded. - If the IA completes the documents, collect the signed and/or stamped originals (or copies, if applicable). - If the IA refuses to complete or provide the documents, politely request a **written and signed refusal/rejection**, if they are willing to provide one. - Take 10–15 clear, GPS-enabled, time-stamped photographs, including: -The building exterior - Main entrance - Building signage/name board - Reception area (if photography is permitted) - Any other relevant identifying features - If photography inside the premises is not permitted, take as many external photographs as possible and note the restriction in your report. - Prepare a brief verification note (maximum one paragraph) summarizing the outcome of the visit, including whether the documents were obtained or whether the IA declined to cooperate.
