Add some special effects to photos

I have a series of images of people. I need you to add explosions to the background behind them like in the example that is attached below ([login to view URL]).
Your responsibility:
1. Download the image of the person from a URL that I will provide.
2. Use photoshop or gimp or any other photo manipulation software to add the explosion behind the person.
3. Based on a parameter (that I provide) email the resultant image from the previous step to that person's email ID (obtained from a URL that I provide) or alternatively email them to an ID that I provide.
I will provide you with the pre-keyed explosion templates for you to add.
