Designing custom headers. Newds to be able to cut out and insert elements

Hi,
There is a site where I would need to copy the look and feel of the headers. I will provide 5 header images and 5 normal images
The 5 header images must be modified with some of the elements of the origioonal site. Meaning designer needfs to cut out some elements from the origional headers and insert them nicely onto my images. Also, the origional headers have speech bubbles inserted with wtritting. Theses speechbubbble must be cut ou, the writting must be erased and inserted with new writting into my images.
All writting will be done in 2 languages. So in the end I need of every image 2 versions. (geerman and english)
Regarding the normal images, in some of the images text need to be inserted and/or elements from images from the origional site. In some images writting needs to be erased and replaced with new writting.

Please note, theses images from the site are not layered, aso you need to cut out the images, and this in a ways so that on the new header users do not see that elements are inserted badly.
