We are estate agents who rent houses to holidaymakers for on average 5-15 days. House photos are an important part of our advertising and we are beginning to outsource this side of our business. This project is editing/improving 8 photos of the interior of a house, 2nd project will be 15 of the same house, further projects will be 25-30 photos per house.
For this projects the instructions for the first picture are: Photo1 Lead photo: brightness/contrast colour needs to be fixed, seems too bright, slightly washed out and the colour are too strong. Bright reflections above the fireplace need to be dealt with, the same for the reflections on the silver lamp, light coming in from the window is too bright, there are too many creases in the leather sofa, the window blind has a gap in it that needs to be fixed, the light from the hanging ceiling light are too bright, reflections from the TV screen need to go, there are some dark patched on the ceiling on the right hand side of the photo (perhaps dirt) also in some other places, there are 2/3 small dark patches on the marble of the fireplace that should be removed, the plug socket on the lower right hand side of the photograph should be removed. Anything else that appears obvious to you. Photos must always paper realistic. The other 7 photos are the same house different rooms, similar starting quality, similar corrections.
