Identify color with photoshop or Lightroom

I need an identification of the real color of an element (in this case a tooth) from a photograph with a black, gray and white card and from an element (tooth color simulation) that we know exactly what color it is.(PHOTO1)
For the identification I would need a script or a sequence of steps in the Adobe environment (photoshop, lightroom ...) that does the following:
1. Polarize the photograph or, failing that, remove the reflections from the flash
2. Adjust the brightness ... with the white balance to get the most true color possible in the photograph.
3. Once we have it calibrated, compare it with a 16-shade guide (PHOTO3) and make a color mapping of the element (in this case the tooth) (PHOTO2) that we already have and that we know the real Lab shades (COLORES DE LA GUIA VITA).
