I need photoshop expert to resize 400 images

You will be provided images in separate folders
You will need to follow following steps into PHOTOSHOP
1] remove white space from given original images (edited image)
2] create 800x600 blank document with white background
3] place the edited images in step 1, into the CENTER of this document
4] save it as image into the same folder from which it is been taken
