Dedicated freelancer that will be responsible for content, inventory management and coordination for our company's website(s). These include microsites, landing pages, and setting up emails for newsletters.
The freelancer will interface with content copywriter(s)/editor(s), partner agencies, designers, programmers, call center personnel and search engine specialists to ensure all content and inventory is correct and managed properly. Some of the tasks required:
a) Working closely with content copywriter(s)/editor(s) to ensure content is current.
b) Updating assets and content on all websites (providing that there will be no
requirements for text formatting. page layout, graphic creation, compression. etc.)
c) Maintain and update online events calendar
c) Use the online content management system to make changes to the website
d) Track performance of content items online.
e) Post news articles as received by partners, PR agencies, copywriters, etc. on a daily basis.
f) Provide graphic assistance to the staff responsible for updating language sites that are not in English.
g) Creating redirect rules for 3rd party URLs
h) Posting of banner advertisements (provided that the positioning of’ these banners
will not require the redesign of the page layout)
