Quickly Create a Replica US Map

We are looking for help finishing replicating the attached (blue & pink) map of the US. We had a free lancer start it, but fail to deliver the finished map in the time frame we agreed on and just need it finished up within 24 hrs. I have attached the map the freelancer start (Blue map) and the original. As you can see the borders of some of the state lines are incorrect or missing (ie WV borders are wrong, and border between RI and CT is missing, Maryland borders are missing) and NJ should be light blue. Original Requirements: Replicate the attached map and make the following changes: 1. Alter the colors to 3 shades of blue instead (Match the blue with the blue in the attached logo) 2. Add the attached logo to the top left 3. Change the title to "Best 23 States for Advanced Practice Nurses to Start a Clinic" 4. Add this disclaimer to the bottom "Disclaimer: The material contained here is for informational purposes only. It is not practice, financial, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Viewers must contact their own professional advisors for such advice" 5. Legend should read "Good, Better, Best" representing the 3 shades of blue. a. Include text: Best =All APNs are recognized as Independent Practitioners AND Prescribers b. Include text: Good=1 or more APN specialties not recognized as Independent Practitioners or Prescribers c. Include text: Worst=No APN specialties are recognized as Independent Practitioners or Prescribers 6. States and territories with a red dots/line--> please make dark blue. Dark blue on the legend should = Best States and territories with no dots/lines -->please make medium blue. Medium blue = Good States and territories with a blue dot/line --> please make light blue. Light blue = Worst Must also provide the working files so we can make simple text changes as needed in the future.
