Add row, save multi rows in mysql (pdo) calculate (items x price, tax, and discount) on invoice

here I need to make new rows (that part works) but I dont get my invoice nr when I add a new row, and date (date to the left, invoice nr to the right, in this cause 2)
If it is to big a job to get it in every row, it need to be inserted in the sql.
when you send all the rows to insert, it have to go into the same table, and have to be in PDO
the next thing is to calculate the price on the invoice . the price with items and substrack the - from the overall price. and include tax .
the invoice php file is not ready yet, but will be soon
