Need experienced developer(s) for custom greeting card site

Looking for developer/development team to implement a custom greeting card site. At a high level, this site allows users to browse designs, customize the photo and text within the card, and then order cards for print. I have roughly 25 wireframes to develop, the majority of which are easily implemented using Wordpress or Wordpress plugins (e.g. browsing designs, blog, post design to Facebook, Help section). I foresee the following being custom code jobs (assuming the rest is done with the help of Wordpress or similar tool): -For the actual card creation (this is assumed to require AJAX), allow users to: -Select a photo, then rotate/zoom/move real-time in the context of the card’s design. -Allow the user to enter text and choose a font and see it real-time in the context of the card as well. -API to be built to interface with print shop -Site needs to interface with database to store user projects/photos/order information/account details The wireframes and design pages with color scheme, etc. are complete. These, paired with an additional requirements document containing details about what I expect in terms of site security,interfaces, etc. will be the scope of what is to be delivered. Besides proficiency with coding the site, I need a resource who is knowledgeable about database design in order to ensure the back-end of the site is scalable and easily queried. Also, someone who can set up a QA/testing environment for testing site changes and who can ensure that the product manager of the site will have easy ongoing access to updating site content/product metadata. Must have experience developing sites that use APIs, user sessions, AJAX, etc. Also, if you have had experience developing sites in Wordpress or can tell me a better way that you’ve handled the more “generic” page functions, that would be great.
