We are looking to create a unique bid auction website. Please reference [url removed, login to view] to see what we are looking for. Time is of the essence on this. We need a individual or company that speaks ENGLISH and can communicate with us clearly and professionaly daily. If you can not deliver in the required timeline, or do not have experience with building this type of website, please DO NOT waste my time or yours.

We will not pay a deposit. Payment will be sent on completion of project, after we will the website has passed in testing phase. We were "burnt" in the past by sending a deposit, and we will no longer do so.

We require all finished codes to be clean and proprietary only to our company. You will not be allowed to sell, clone, or use this again for another client.

If you do a great job, there will be a ton of work in the very immediate near future.

We are looking to have this live in May. Project amt will not exceed $700.
